The second floor will have a space called SPACE for attendees. This is modeled on the SPACE we create at our annual Camp and is the first time we will be introducing it to the general public. It will include:

• Smaller whimsical areas for attendees to rest, nap and connect in.

• An area and art activities for children and dedicated individuals present for child minding.

• Mutli-channel headphones for people to use to mediate, move or listen to the sessions happening in the main space.

• SPACE stewards with professional and lived experience in holding space, providing counselling, etc.

Everything is Optional

Participation is an invitation, not an obligation. You can leave at any time.

Taking Space

If you need a moment, there’s a dedicated area called SPACE on the 2nd floor. SPACE is one of the most beloved gathering spots at Camp Reset, and this is the first time we’re introducing it in a public setting. You can create art, sit in silence, nap, or lock your phone away—whatever helps you regulate.

Listening Experience

Headphones are available for anyone who wants to experience this session in an immersive way outside the main space. These are multi-channel headphones, meaning you can also tune into music or meditation at any time.

Documentation & Consent 

Our photographer, in partnership with Jayu, has been instructed not to photograph the audience inside the performance space unless consent has been given.

If you’re outside this space, they may take audience photos, but only with verbal consent.

You are welcome to take photos and videos of those on stage, but please follow the same consent guidelines for any audience members.

Prayer Room

A prayer room is located on the lower floor. It is beside the green room for those on stage—please do not enter the green room to maintain its quiet and calm atmosphere.

Emotional Support

If you need emotional support, visit SPACE upstairs. There are three space stewards present—each with personal and professional experience in emotional holding. They are not therapists, but they are here to witness, listen, and wayfind for you.

Conflict Management

Today’s event is not designed to create conflict, but if something arises, we want to support you. If you need assistance due to a conflict, please speak to me or someone wearing a green "Choose Community" shirt.

Introverted & Quiet Spaces

If you need quiet, SPACE upstairs and the coworking room are available.

Food & Drink

Food and drinks are not permitted in the performance space. There will be a coffee, tea and water station at the Lobby Bar.

Neighborhood Game: Supporting Local Businesses

We encourage you to explore the neighborhood today. At any point, bring your receipt from a local business to the welcome area. At the end of the day, we’ll draw a name from the receipts for a prize—a small way to invest in our local community.

Community Flowers

Instead of bouquets for a few, we have 150 single flowers provided by our friends at Growing Toronto. You’re invited to take a flower for yourself, gift one to someone you met today, or give one to a speaker on stage. The flowers will be available all day at the welcome desk..
